these handlebars are constructed with seamless cnc mandrel bent 0.120 wall 4130 chromoly tubes. available smooth for custom and non h-d applications or dimpled to accept original equipment harley-davidson hand controls. these bars look great on: theres hardly a stock or custom motorcycle weve seen or ridden that doesnt look and feel great with a pair of chumps. bill has used them on his fxr and his rigid shovelhead, and mcgoos had a pair on his rigid hinckley triumph. chumps look great on any motorbike with a stock or slightly stretched backbone length, stock to slightly raked neck angle, and stock to 6 over forks. as biltwell bars go, this model is extremely versatile. specifications: - construction: 1-inch o.d. x 0.120 wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. all bends are created with internal mandrels on a cnc bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses. available in two styles: smooth for aftermarket hand controls or custom applications, and dimpled for stock harley-davidson switches and levers.
