Remove the cap from the applicator and gradually apply the product to the scalp. Gently massage your fingertips for approximately 10-20 seconds. First 6 bottles: 1 bottle every other day. Last 6 bottles: 1 bottle every 3 days. For best results, you should repeat the cycle at least twice a year.
