Pure and organic date syrup. Contains carbohydrates (natural sugars such as sucrose) and minerals. It is not mixed with water, which allows it to be kept out of the fridge. It does not contain added preservatives. It is quickly absorbed and digested very well, its low glycemic index makes it perfect also for the youngest and all people with digestive difficulties. Organic dark agave syrup. This type of syrup contains 30% glucose and 70% fructose. Fructose is a slow-absorbing sugar. Therefore, the ratio between the two syrups is 2:1, allowing the body to maintain the energy level without lows and for a longer period of time. One gel provides enough energy for 45 minutes of training or competition. It can be consumed before or during physical effort with the practical packaging that can be opened and closed as many times as you like.
