It is a completely natural phenomenon that completely disappears after a few warm-ups. It is recommended to allow the pad to cool sufficiently before reheating. This will prevent it from overheating, which can damage the inner contents and packaging. If necessary, the cushion can be washed by hand or in the washing machine. For machine washing, we recommend placing the cushion in a protective textile wrap (such as a cushion cover) to protect the seams from damage. Allow the washed cushion to air dry naturally.
