The non-stick granite coating is enriched with fine granite, thanks to which it obtains greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon, but retains its advantages: it does not burn and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon, but is more resistant to damage, even superior to ceramic coatings. This type of pots and pans also allows you to fry using a minimum amount of fat, because the vessel heats up similarly to a stone and gives off heat with its entire surface.
